City Culture: Walk-ability is a big factor (I didn't own a car in Spain).. I don't want to spend a lot of time commuting. Bar and restaurant scene would be nice but not critical. Bookstores, cafes, libraries, and museums are where I like to spend free time. Schools: I taught English in Spain and have a degree in secondary education to teach Spanish. No children so I'm approaching this as a teacher regarding school resources, funding, and parental, local and state support. Job Market: If there are opportunities besides education with my skills (teaching background, bilingual, former political operative), that would be a nice bonus. It has delightful frescoes dating to the eleventh and twelfth hundreds of years.
