Moses Jansuk, 39, a refugee from South Sudan is a beneficiary of a livelihoods project in Mungula II Settlement, Adjumani District. His participation in the World Vision livelihoods and financial inclusion trainings has been a turning point in his life. He has stable income and his children have access to nutritious foods throughout the year. "I feel empowered economically, thanks to World Vision, " he says.... Moses practices intercropping on the four acres of land he hired from the host community. Growing of vegetables has greatly improved his family diet. "I can now afford to buy other nutritious foods for my family, a thing that wasn't possible before as we entirely depended on the monthly food ration, " says Moses, a father of five. Moses is among more than 45, 000 people in Adjumani supported by World Vision in partnership with Mountain Blu Farms through livelihoods and peaceful co-existence programmes.
